I joined ADCID MEDIA - a Social Media Agency, where we shoot and edit videos for social platforms, design static contents, arrange influencers, curate offline pop-up events, achieve each clients’ goals and needs to grow their businesses.
Over the course of one year, I played a pivotal role in driving the growth and organizational development of the company. Our client base expanded from 5 to 18 clients, while our team size grew from 3 to 10 employees, demonstrating significant scaling within a short time frame. I was responsible for designing and implementing the company structure from the ground up. This included overseeing all aspects of recruitment, organizational design, and operational processes. In addition to my leadership duties, I continued to contribute to the day-to-day work alongside my business partner, managing both strategic growth and daily operations for all clients.
